Hello, I’m Jackie Bajuk.
As an operations strategist and virtual partner for interior designers, I know the power of a strong foundation behind the scenes. My journey has given me the empathy, flexibility, and discipline to become your go-to operations collaborator.
Early Roots and Adaptability
I was born and raised near Detroit, Michigan, but life guided me far beyond my hometown. From an early age, I was drawn to exploring both places and ideas. After earning my Associates in Merchandising at FIDM in California and then a Bachelor’s in Fashion Marketing, I took a path less traveled, building a career and life that crisscrossed the country.
As a military spouse, I have relocated multiple times, living in Washington, Florida, Oklahoma, New York, North Carolina, Georgia, and back to Michigan. With each move, I had to reinvent my network, rebuild systems, and relearn how to plug into new communities. Through these challenges, I developed a deep respect for structure, communication, and process.
Benefit to you: That adaptive mindset is baked into how I work. I do not just offer services. I bring resilience, empathy, and systems that scale through transitions.
Transitioning into Operations for Designers
In the early days of virtual work, roles were not well defined. I found myself wearing multiple hats including operations, project management, workflows, and communications, picking up everything I could along the way.
In 2021, I founded Jackie Bajuk Virtual Operations. With guidance from a mentorship with Kelly Fridline and hands-on experience at Presentation by Design (formerly The Virtual Design Mentor), I focused on helping interior designers scale without sacrificing quality, consistency, or vision.
I curate and connect with virtual partners including vendors, specialists, and subject-matter experts so you do not have to build a full back-end team from scratch. This allows me to give you focused, responsive support and freedom to do what you do best: create.
