This is a 3 step service that starts with a 50 min call where we explore your current workflow and go over the things you need to review in each phase of design. The second step is for you to build out your process covering all bases internal and external - the Who, What, Where, When and Why, using a template I created just for this. Then step 3, we jump back on a follow up 50min call to review what you’ve put together, analyze any gaps or opportunities, and put actionable items together with how to use your beautiful map.
